im a notary/ loan signing agent and i get documents sent to my
email, how do i print them without having the yahoo heading?

Copy the document to another file without the Yahoo heading and print the new document.

Have the sender send them to you as attachments, not in the body of the email.

Then you just open them in word and print them from that. If it's important - as it often is with legal documents - that you be able to know they can't have been altered, send them as .pdf files.

and make sure the settings of the pdf file are that they can't be modified, and that the documents is properly signed digitally.

Most free pdf creation programs do neither.
