make the company issued a letter for your appointment, take that letter to british embassy in your country.
in the embassy you can apply a work visa, know how long it will take and the charge.

You cannot apply for a "work visa" until a work permit has been issued. Only the sponsoring company can apply for this permit. While the permit is being considered, you should not apply for any other kind of UK visa.

Once the work permit has been issued, a British consulate will issue an appropriate visa.

This process used to take about six weeks, and I've no idea how much it costs these days.

I didn't think you needed one for over here !!!
All you have to do is just come here and we'll give you a house, build you a church, give you grants and let you take over........ simple as that !!!!
