I just don't get it.
Nicole Ritchie was on drugs and drove the wrong way on the freeway. She got 84 minutes in jail. HUMANS could have been killed.
Lindsay Lohan stole a car, ran over the owners foot, chased a woman, was drunk and had cocaine on her. Didn't she serve like a day (or was it 82 min, something short) and got probation.
Not that I want them to have it any worse, but should Michael Vick really get two years for dog fighting, sure it's terrible, but no HUMANS were in danger. I think probation is enough for him to learn his lesson.
Why are animal rights more important than humans, that's they way they judicial system is making it seem.
Like I said, I think probation should have been Michael Vick's punishment.
Am I completely alone in that belief?

My thing with the dog fight is it's stupid. Why are we worryng about dogs when children are missing? Why are we worrying about dogs when people have cancer, people killing eachother? What the **** are we worying about dogs for. I hate dogs. There is way more important **** out there to worry about

Great question! So many people want to punish Michael Vick for dog fighting, gambling and killing dogs, when there are far greater crimes out there with much less punishment. These were dogs, for hell sakes, not people!! Against the law? Yes, but the crime is far less than those committed against people. He should have been sentenced to 48 hours in the county jail and 100 hours of community service. For example, Vick's crime pails in comparison to Mike Tyson's DUI and cocaine possession. Tyson endangered people and what does he get, 24 hours in the clinker?

Michael Vick didn't go to jail for endangering dogs. michael Vick went to jail for running an illegal dog fighting ring. and he also admitted to killing five(?) dogs. He was convicted of a felony for the dogfighting ring.
Lohan and Ritchie are guilty of being stupid and they didn't kill anybody. Unfortuantely, you can't jail someone because they "might" have killed someone with their car.

Thats just how America works. If you are White and rich, you can get away with drunk driving and putting people's lives in danger.
But if you are Black and get charged with a lesser crime, then of course you get jail time.
That's our "justice" system for you. It has never been fair and I don't see it being fair anytime soon. Ah, America the beautiful!
No you aren't alone, I think them putting him in jail is ridiculous.

are you insane? The only reason LL and NR are not in jail is because they BOUGHT their way out. Michael Vick took his sentence like a citizen should.
