I use alot of slang from the late 20th century (jammin'), some surfer slang terms (vendo crescendo), modern ones (sweet), timeless slang (dude), and some stuff I made up myself (bugging around).

i create my own words at time.
such as
normal person: I am eating a Kit-Kat
Me: I am Kit-Kat-ing
normal person: You are not smart or pretty.
me: You are not smretty.
normal person: Hey man. How's it going?
me: Hey homie. Sup?
Actually i only do the last one for the kicks.
