Deed Problems?

Me and my husaband have a problem? How do we get a deed turned over in or name if we can't afford the attorny fee's . Sorry my spelling and grammer is terrible.

Can I get a notary to do it ? We just need to turn the deed over in his name but we can't pay the fees thanks.

Okay also were do I find a legal aid can someone tell me were do I look thank you again.

notary can only officiate the SIGNATURE--you need to be sure the DOCUMENT is proper and lawful--Notary cannot do that. However, there is LEGAL AID, that can help you for reduced fee or no fee based on your income or assets.
