Is the nurturing of boolyism only in the school "euro school" in Gurgaon-out skirt of Delhi or in every school of India?
What is the difference between raging and boolyism?Law exists to punish the management in case of ragging but why not in case of boolyism?

Bullyism is there in every walk of life and it is there in all schools even in the past. I was assaulted by a classmate in my fifth class because I reported him to be making noise and disturbing others 35 years ago! Ofcourse my parents sent people to school to set it right but how many would be able to do it? Given the violent and perverted trends being shown in all their grandeur in movies, internet and media it has now 'progressed' to gun toting and goondaism similar in style to adult form. Even parents are not very particular make the children behave . In Vizag, Andhra a student ,hardly 14 killed a middle aged middle class man drivng a motor cycle recklessly and parents were trying to pay it off!!It has to be curbed strictly without compromise and lenience, otherwise you are letting go a future criminal and setting an example for others to follow the path. Ragging is a defined (?) entity of human sadism and the ignominous example of darker side of civilization. It specifically refers to the teasing/toture/insults/physical&mental violence perpetrated by seniors over juniors and can be effectively controlled because of identified criminals and victims and a time frame .But the under current of bullyism which does not fit into any frame work is difficult to identify and control. The weaker victim section of an educational institution and their parents have to have confidence in the adminstration and law. The school management is in a pathetic postion many times because of their natural inability to counter an unexpected mishap or the son/brother-in-law /nephew /relative /son of a party colleague of a politician lest their own kith and kin and they themselves might be at risk. The police are also unable to inculcate a sense of confidence in the people and situation is quite alarming to say the least. I wouldn't be surprised if the weak also resort to gun culture out of desperation and the downslide is obvious.
