Hi...
when we enter into any relationship, we are taking a gamble... sometimes we feel insecure.
if you are feeling sad, and thinking it won't last, did your girlfriend give you a reason? maybe some food for thought....
boxing is an individual sport which can give you confidence, and karate or any of the martial arts can teach self discipline and confidence, also...
you can also do a yahoo search on POSITIVE THINKING... you will probably find a lot of resources for ideas and advice... take whatever you need!
Being sensitive isn't a character flaw.. it can be a great attribute... and there is a difference between sensitivity and negative thinking.
I sure hope things work out for you... do things for YOU, that is what's important!
take care and i wish you all the best.

Just tell yourself that you're worth it. Keep a tape playing in the back of your mind that makes you feel good. Tell yourself you're the best and you're strong & tough & that it'll last if you want it to. That positive soundtrack constantly running in the back of your mind will help your confidence a lot! Also, exercise is great for boosting your self-esteem, if you're interested in boxing give it a try! You could also simply go for a run when you start to feel stressed, sad or negative. Make sure you stay away from excessive drinking and recreational drug use because that makes you feel worthless and icky after a while and will detract from you're positive mind set and you devotion to getting stronger and healthier!
Congrats & good luck!

I dont think you are sensitve, but perhaps consequences of your life have made you lack self esteem. Stand up tall, talk like you know it all and be confident. Do this and she will never leave you.
