The Night Before Christmas. Yes it is on video and DVD's. You can get this and discount stores or even Best Buy. This is a classic.

The Night Before Christmas. I've been looking for it myself. I did see it on one DVD that had a collection of a whole bunch of other christmas movies on it too, at either wal-mart or target.

It's on the "Christmas Classics" triple DVD set of classic Rankin-Bass Christmas cartoons (Rudolph,Frosty,et. al.).
Any store worth its very name will have it in stock.
