I just stumbled upon this video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rc7mkHtuLOs
It seems to be old NASA footage of a moon fly-over, eventually showing what appears to be some kind of spacecraft which seems to have been there for aeons.
Could that be real?
Whatever you think, can you also give reasons, please?
Thanks.

Well, let's see.

1. There was no Apollo 20.
2. All Apollo missions were controlled from Houston, not Vandenberg.
3. All Apollo missions beyond 8 had two spacecraft -- CSM and LEM -- and therefore used two callsigns. Not "twenty" as in the video.
4. How come we hear the voice-alert beeps from the vox, but don't hear the actual voices?
5. Gee, we're seeing real lunar craters just fine -- easy to map, easy to tell where we are when we see them -- when, BAM! We get this amazing sun overexposure, the screen turns all white, and when it comes back, shazzam! An "alien spaceship" is on the screen, with absolutely ZERO geographical context whatsoever!! If I were faking it, I wouldn't want anybody to pinpoint it either.
6. When you're really in orbit, like in the first part of the video (which looks like real Apollo video from NASA), you actually MOVE across the terrain at several thousand miles per hour. So how come when we see the "alien spaceship" suddenly we're practically hovering for minutes at a time?

Now hands up everyone who can spot the fake.

Real Alien Spaceships

'day Tahini. It's fake. Whoever faked it can't spell . Toward the end one of the subtitles reads "burried" instead of "buried". Apart from that the astronauts are talking to Vandenberg not Houston. Since other nations could track Apollo spacecraft by radio and radar, if the US had launched an "Apollo 20" everyone would know. That, incidentally, is why it is known that the other missions (11 to 17) were genuine.

I'll endorse points Keith P, specially his points 4, 5 and 6. Also note we have nice steady video of craters and then the video of the feature is nice and wobbly just like every other UFO video ever made. Haven't these people heard of tripods?

Oh, BTW, ethyl mercaptan not methyl mecaptan. Still smell though. (LPG -cabbage) Cheers.

I think it could be real because wouldn't a hoax put a ship there brand new...wouldn't that be the first instinct or do I want to believe. the meteors make it seem like it has been impacted by the moon's lack of atmosphere. The only thing that is funny is the distortion of light right before this footage becomes clear...this could be dis-information so someone can say a hoaxer added it right before it is visible. Also it could be authentic due the the old cameras and adverse conditions of the atmosphere.

Also will we ever know for sure every space mission Nasa or any other nation such as Russia executed.... no. The military for our best interest (as they say)puts us in the dark for national security and obviously our pride tells us they wouldn't hide anything form us...Yeah right. Many of these incidents occurred during th cold war where secrets were imperative to our antional security.

Well, the video could be real.

As a matter of fact the video is named "preflight study".
Usually preflight studies are made BEFORE the real flight.

Apollo 20 has been planned so maybe the video has been taken from a satellite or something like that.

I'm sorry I don't think that this thing on the moon is a spaceship.
It looks more like a rock or a lost space container.

Sorry. The Apollo 20 mission was canceled along with Apollo 18 and 19. Since the video attributes it to the lunar lander footage from Apollo 20, it's obviously fake.

No, there was no Apollo 20. The Apollo program ended with Apollo 18. Several more moon flights were planned, but they ended the program early.

Plus, videos from the Apollo missions were much clearer than that and would have contained audio of the astronauts talking. not subtitles.

Kanye did a video for every song on The College Dropout. I have the DVD compilation. That was my favourite of the unreleased ones. Outkast should have made a video for Hollywood Divorce. EDIT: It's been years since I've actually looked at that DVD and apparently it didn't have ALL the videos. It's called the College Dropout Video Anthology. But it's weird cause I don't know where else I would have seen the Spaceship video. It's not on there though. Just All Falls Down, all three Jesus Walks, Through The Wire, Workout Plan, and Two Words.

There's so many things wrong with that. The dialog has them talking to Vandenberg. Control is in Houston. Vandenberg is an alternate landing site...I know, I'm an AF Space guy.

Next, 18-20 were canceled due to funding. Check out this link.

Sorry, no aliens today.

The last time this video came up here, someone tracked it down as a trailer for a forthcoming scifi movie. So definitely fake.
