Should you jump out of your bedroom window, or stay and do battle with the demon?

I would pick up the 12-gauge next to my bed and blow the closet to pieces. Then I'd go back to sleep.

I would quickly wake up my boyfriend and let him take care of it. I would pick up the phone and have the phone in hand as well. Incase something happen. If need be I would jump out my bedroom window. It just happens the closet and the bedroom window are not that far away. I might want to use my door.

Am I crazy or is the sound I just heard real? I can feel my throat getting tighter and my eyes straining to see through the darkness. The door is cracked, i dont remember it being cracked before i fell asleep. I'm laying perfectly still, trying to breathe as softly as i can. I can feel my pulse in my ears and thoughts of panic are racing through my mind. All the while I haven't taken my eyes off of the door. Watching... waiting for any signs of movement. The gap between the door and its frame seems to be getting larger only to slowly shrink back to its original position. Are my eyes playing tricks on me? Is the door really moving? I quickly look around the room for a way to escape. I see the window I left open to let in the cool night air. I could easily fit through it and run like my life depended on it... because at this point it just might. I look back at the door. It moved again, this time i know it did. I can see what looks to be a hand gripping the edge of the door. My body tenses up, i can't breathe. What do i do? How can I possibly escape without it catching me? Why the hell didn't i install that clap-on light? I lay there debating my actions... contemplating the outcome. If I just lay here and whatever that thing is decides to attack me, i'm going to have to fight. If I try to escape, and it catches me, i'm going to have to fight... but if I run for it theres still a chance I can get away. I decide i would rather try to live and that i'm going to run for it. I tightly grasp the comforter with my right hand and carefully begin to move my legs toward the edge of the bed. My eyes are still focused on the door, any sudden movements and i'm gone. My feet touch the floor. Now what? Do i just run or do i still have to be careful? I grab my pillow and decide to use it as a weapon in case it decides to attack me. I highly doubt it will do much good but its worth a shot. I stand up and bolt for the window. I fall to the ground and lay there for a second or two and somehow end up back on my feet and running. I glance over my shoulder for a second to see if the demon is pursuing me....... and so on and so forth...

i felt like writing a little bit... its late and im tired and i get creative when im tired. if you cant tell, id jump out of the window... as i explained just laying there youd have to fight and if you try to escape and get caught you'll have to fight but you still have a chance of getting away if you run... if you would have mentioned some more details such as the distance between the window and the ground i might have a different answer... if im on the tenth floor of an apartment building im going to stay and fight that thing, because if i jump im a gonner... and if i fight i still have a chance to live. i think it all depends on the particular situation. one thing i didnt mention is the fact that id be praying and rebuking that thingtoo... and hopefully that would make the demon go away but if not you already know what id do... interesting question.

I'll say to the demon, "shut the hell up! I'm trying to sleep here!"lol...

But seriously, I'll probably fight him and whack him with a huge book or something dangerous- mainly because he disturbed my precious sleep. Plus, do you really want some mental demon cackling away like a complete idiot?

Hey demon, stop looking at my nerdy Star Wars and Dungeons & Dragons boxer shorts collection! Come out of there, it's not funny! They're silky, and make me feel tough and pretty at the same time.

Lets see if I jump out my window then my daughter is left alone in the house - I think I'm going to have to unleash a whole lot of whoop *** with the 44 mag sitting next to my bed.

...scary... I'll probably frozen under the blanket, trying not to make any sounds, hold my breath and pray so that whatever it is in the closet wouldn't know that I'm awake... if it's still there and I can't hold my paranoid thoughts anymore I'll took my cellphone (I always keep it beside my pillow) and call... perhaps my mom, asking her to come to my room as fast as she can...

hahah... I'm a troublesome daughter when it's about (supposed to be) intangible things...^^,,, sorry, mom...

If you really think it is a demon, the best solution is to ignore it. Demons can only come and bother us if we allow them to. Tell yourself there are no demons and they will leave.
