Emily Elle is the classiest girls name I think and the sweetest. Second to that is Emily Nicole (but I don't really like Nicole)

if it was me...i would use one with a family name in it, me and my husband named our son after two men in our families. I think it makes a name more meaningful that way..so if it were me id choose Emily Cecilia or Emma Angela or Dylan Leo
