Unfortunately, yes. I think we all have. It just becomes more prevelant as you age.. Partly because of your digestive system and the way your body processes foods. And, older folks dont really mind letting out excess air, no matter who's around,,, almost like it's a right after you become a senior citizen

It happens, because when you sneeze, you relax your sphincter muscle. Your question reminds me of a funny story from my university days:
One of our surveying lecturers told us that once he had to go into hospital for a delicate bowel operation. After the operation, the surgeon told him he should not feel embarrassed if he found that he had to break wind a lot. He had never heard that genteel expression before, and was feeling most uncomfortable, until the fellow in the next bed told him: "hey - it means you have to fart!"

I'm not that coordinated.

I did go on a fart diet. It amused the coworkers and kept them away when I tired of their existence.

If I had stayed on the diet for more than two weeks I'm confident that I would have achieved farting/sneezing greatness....Golly.

I thought that it would be neat to create a fart that wound up smelling like blue cheese and strawberries.

It's amusing to tell people that it smells just like the last meal that I had.

Yup, and I agree, it's very cleansing. Not always in a good way though, if you catch my drift.
