here is the exact reason why
Booker t was suspended due to wellness policy violations and he felt that WWE had put him in a situation to show that they were more serious with drug abuse by putting booker on the list, he left do to feeling used and also with some political issues with the company but he also left on good terms, meaning he doesnt hate Vince, he went to TNA coz he found it to be a much lighter schedule

It must have been a mutual parting of ways, since Booker T was in the TNA fold pretty quickly. Typically, Vinnie - which was within his right as the employer - would not use a wrestler in such a situation and have him sit until the WWE contact expired, making him a free agent.

because he wasnt happy with his position in wwe. he also didnt like how the wwe was run. with the hectic schedules etc.
so he decided to go to TNA

i'm guessing its because tna doesnt have a strict drug policy. he got suspended for 60 days and he quit i also believe it was he second offence. the next person we will probably see in tna is chris masters.
