kevin garnett. kevin shows little restraint when he fights. he once punched a teammate for playing better than he was in a pickup game. stitches where needed to close the wound caused by a single punch on the face.
i don't think amare is as wild as that though i think he has the physicality to really hurt kevin.

Forget Amare & Kevin, Dwight would kill them both if he wasnt so nice. He's a BEAST, you could land a plane across his shoulders there so broad. But between Amare and Kevin, Amare would win.

How can you even guess... They're not fighters. Garnett may be able to take a huge punch and Stoudemire might have a glass jaw... or vice versa.
