Help me settle a discussion (okay an argument) with my wife who detests facial hair.

I daresay the womenfolk would indubitably agree upon one thing: the moustache is a fine facial adornment for an upstanding gentleman.

This rakish gentleman wears his moustache with an air of civility - he would gladly doff a hat in a lady's direction, one might imagine. In this age of rogues, scoundrels and charlatans, this moustache brings about the essence of revolution. The Tweed revolution.
Get your monocles, gentlemen! Our automobiles await. The air will once again smell of old leather, Bergamot, and Cavendish tobacco, and we will congregate at the Handlebar Club at two-ish in a fortnight.

Mustache With Stubble

It really depends on the guy's face. But, I will say that I like the rugged look of stubble sometimes, however, I hate the feel of it when I'm kissing someone or my guy has his face to mine. In that sense, clean shaven is much nicer. Plus it's kind of gross to think about what grease and food particles, etc. can be microscopically lingering around in those mustaches or beards, haha.

I prefer a beard and a mustache, but I can do either. I date a guy right now that grows a beard for the winter, and he shaves in warmer weather. I don't like stubble, though

Personally, i think beards (santas beard) and mustaches are DISGUSTING!!!!! Stubble looks retarded. And clean shaven is the best but I do like side burns (not too long) and some facial hair. But clean is the best.

i like clean shaven most of the time but once in a while stubbles are okay! and some guys look very nice with a mustache but i dont really like the look myself!

I think it all depends on the guy...I usually like guys without so much facial hair just like a slight mustache...But my Boyfriend has a lot of stubble around the beard and mustache area..I like it i think he looks great i even think he looks weird when he shaves it off..

It totally depends on the guy.
For example, my husband... I really want him to shave. I do not like him with facial hair. He has way to much hair and for me that is a turn off on him.
I have dated a lot of men who have had a range from mustaches to goatees, to a short close beard. In those cases, they were a major turn on. They looked hot.
It is strictly a matter of personal preference.

I think every woman likes a clean shaved man. Stubble is a good look for laid back and has it's own sexiness. goatee is good as long as it isn't taking over their mouth. A beard is OK... I'm not a fan of it, to me it hides your face and features you might have that add to charm. My husband has a goatee because he looks 16 with no facial hair. So sometimes people just look right with certain facial hair-do's.
