Get to know the guy that you like. Does he do sports or music or drama? Do you guys have any mutual friends? Do you have any classes together? If he barely notices you than make him notice you. Going up and saying," Hey, what's going on?" isn't too hard. Be friendly, strike up a conversation about something you two have in common, like if he's wearing a band T-shirt or something comment on that music.

Talk to his friend, figure out why he's trying to sabotage you. Don't kick his *** or talk trash about him to the guy that you like, because the guy you like will take his friend's side before yours any day at the stage you two are at.

Just be yourself, don't try to hard and go with the flow. Don't move too fast, don't seem desperate but also don't wait too long to make a move. If you ignore this guy completely, you might end up regretting it later. The worst thing that can happen is you'll learn something from all of this. Take some chances, you only have one life.

I think you should ask the guy out....and if by any chance he says no, so what? Atleast you wont be asking yourself "what if." You also have to understand that there are so many guys out there and this most likely wont be your last crush. But taking a risk at this very moment is what life is all about. Don't set too many boundaries for yourself in situations like this because guys are just like us, nervous, scared of rejection, etc. They may play it off well but they are just as terrified to make the first move, there's nothing wrong with trying.

1) That would not work. Your "cute" guy might think, "HOLIE, she is a tough cookie! I better not date her!!"
2) I think you need to talk to him first. How do you know you like him? It sounds all physical to me. You like his "cute" looks but nothing up there!! You do not know if he is a dumb @$$, do you?
3) You need to do #2 before you flirt.
4) You could. But that is boring. Who wants that?
5) I do not think you want to ignore them. First of all, you spelled "comepletly" incorectly (j/k)! Second, what's wrong with the 2nd boy? He sounds more fun, if you ask me!!

Go with them both for a week/month without each of the boys knowing and see who you like better! WOO HOO!
YOU SLNT! (in lowercase, it's slnt - just turn the "n" upsidedown.)

Give yourself a chance to communicate with him in a clear way. Don't flirt but try to court him and give both yourselves a chance to develop.

Relax, be yourself, you can flirt if you want but don't forget to have respect for yourself as well as for his friends feelings. Be flattered that he liked you and don't be rude. If this guy likes you then it will work out.
