I am looking to make my own website without spending any money. Which language should I learn for developing websites like yahoo.com, google.com, whateverlife.com, adobe.com one for mp3 downloads. Which languages are used, to make these websites. please be serious Thanks in advance. Also which softwares should I use to make this happen.

Learn straight HTML and PHP....those are what most of the free web site providers support.
There are a few editors out there, but the free ones are basically just shortcuts to entering tags manually. You can use notepad if you know the tags ;)

You need a Domain Name and a web hosting service, as well as Software to build and maintain your site.
Your best bet is use.

Use them and you don't need to learn any HTML and or any languages use there, What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) Software.
Everything you need is all right there.
