I think Monta is one of the best players on GS Warriors! I do think he has room to grow though and will get better with time. Especially if he stays with Nellie. I definitely think he deserved the Most Improved Player Award last season and think we will continue to see great things from him. I see him as a younger version of Baron Davis. He is so quick and can pull off those tough baskets same as BD can.

i do think he deserved most improved. people say kevin martin deserve it, and he did have a great year, but you have to remember that martin was playing really well the 2nd half of the season 2 years ago, so there wasnt a really big improvement, at least not as big as montas.
i dont know if monta will be great, but he will be really good. i compare monta to tony parker. both are lightning quick, both get a ton of layups and easy baskets, neither can really shoot a 3. parker is a better passer than monta, but monta is more athletic and can play better defense.

He deserve win that award and I was hoping that would win the award. Monta Ellis has great talent I don't think he is great yet.

hes the most athletic player in the nba
he will develop into a fantastic player in the next year or 2

He is a good scorer and he is perfect in Nellie's up-tempo system, but I don't think he is or ever will be a great player even though I like to watch him play there just isn't anything really special about him.

but Kevin Martin of Sacramento should always be the improved player EVERY year. why?

He is an improved version of Ruben Patterson. Energy, can move the ball, can shoot, fast and hustles.
