By "they", I mean the people in Washington D.C. responsible for governing this country. Explain how the game goes please, from your point of view.

apologies googie for causing you frustration. But I wanted people to tell me if they experienced a "feeling", and wanted them to explain this feeling to me. The first responder expressed exactly what I was feeling. So he clearly understood where I was coming from, and actually calls it the same way.
I suspect that the reason you had an issue with my question is that you simply do not have that "feeling" of being deceived with the good cop bad cop routine. And thats cool too, since we all see things differently. I would bet that we also happen to be on opposite sides of the political spectrum as well.

Yes I think so and I think they have done it for so long that they are getting mighty sloppy at it because it's starting to show. For instance Nancy Pelosi says she wants the Bush administration to own up to their lies and says she will clean up Washington but then I saw a video of her at a Whitehouse galla event and Bush was making jokes about the missing WMD's everyone was laughing but Pelosi was laughing hard and with a gleam in her eyes that tells the whole story.
