Hi! He composed "classical" music, for orchestras and chamber music, mass and one opera. He was what we called a composer of transition because he lived between two periods of styles, the Classical period and the Romantic period, of which he was the starter and permit the musucians and the music to give free expresons of the emotions.Among their must famous works are: Ode to joy, Fantasy for soloists, chorus, piano and orchestra, Ouverture 1812, sonate a Kreutzer, and much more.
