Undergraduate refers to classes that you take to get a bachelor's degree. Different kinds of bachelor's degrees include BA (bachelor of arts), BS (bachelor of science), BFA (bachelor of fine arts) and more.

After you get a bachelor's degree, you can either get a job, go to graduate school, or go to a professional school.

Professional school would be something like medical school (for an MD), law school, dental school, etc. If you want to be a dermatologist, you have to go to medical school.

Graduate school is where you study to get a masters degree or a Ph.D. Unlike what another answer said, you don't have to have a masters degree before you get a Ph.D or an MD.

An Undergraduate degree is what you have to get first. It's your Bechelors degree of whatever...BA (Bachelor of Arts), BSc (Bachelor of Science), BBA (Bach. Business Administration), etc.

After that you can go for a Master's degree is whatever field, ex. MBA (Master's of Business Administration)

After that there is doctoral stuff, like a PhD (Doctorate of Philosophy), or an MD (Medical Doctor)
