Oh that sucks i umm... I don't think you can unless you really want to risk infecting your eye or making it bleed. But i got 3 things you can do
1. Take your nail and place it on the corner of your eye then run it through and maybe it can get underneath the side of your contact then lift

2. Push your contact all the way on the side of your eye and keep pushing it and it should come off right on the side of your eye

That's all i can think of sorry but i tried, i recommand number 2 though!

Its funny people come up with all sorts of ideas. I always put on fake nails and I have been wearing contacs forever. Just hold your finger horizontally and with the pads of your fingers carefully take them out. Just do it carefully and gently and that way even when you touch your eye with the nail it wont hurt. Good luck

my daughter, who had LONG fake nails for years, said to use your thumb and pointer fingers to kind of "pinch" and make the contact pop out. Good luck!

The best way to do it is to use your thumb and pointer finger. Bend your pointer finger in and bend your thumb out (like hitch hiking) and use the inside of your thumb where it bends and the side of your first knuckle on your pointer finger. LMAO. I hope that made sense. That's how I do it all the time.

How long are your nails? Just use the pads of your finger...not the very tip.

They damage your nails a little bit no matter what you do with them, but if you want them in the best condition possible, go to a proffesional to put the acrylics on. It might be a little pricey, but it's worth it. You heard right about the nail polish remover/salon thing for removing them. Not so sure about the warm water, I don't think that one works. If/When you get them off, use a nail hardener for about two or three weeks to strengthen your nails back up. I recommend OPI Nail Envy. Or something like that. I wouldn't know about the contacts thing, though. The plus of all of this is, they look really pretty and don't break like real nails do. =]]

Use your finger to push the lens to the corner of your eye and then push it out.
