MS = Master of Science
MSc = Master of Science
MSci = Master of Science

they are the same, just different abbreviations.

In the US we tend to use the abbreviation MS, in the UK they seem to prefer MSc.

Same deal with the PhD and the DPhil -- same thing, different abbreviations.

MS= Master degree (either its in Physics or Literature etc.)
MSc= Master degree in Science

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. I have a MSc in Education, which very well could have been labeled an MA, in my opinion. The lines are obscure, though I guess originally MAs were in art subjects (i.e. liberal arts subjects: humanities, english lit, history, education, etc), and MS's were in Science subjects. Maybe some Universities still do it that way. edit: Thanks coach (below). That makes sense.
