probably statistic and financial math. The first because you have to do evaluation using statistics, you know, low-high, mode, etc. the second because in some jobs (financial, insurance) you have to analyze incoming, loans for people.
in excel you can have some tools to do both.

So, John worked 46 hours this week and 43 hours last week. He makes $14.52 per hour and we pay him overtime at 1.5 over 40 hours. The boss wants to know how much it cost us to have John work overtime versus just hiring a part-timer at $8.50 for those hours or getting a temp at $10.

That's a real life, everyday HR math problem. If you totally hate and fear that sort of thing then you may want to reconsider.

I/O Psych won't get you on as an HR Manager - HR Management gets you there. I/O Psych will get you a gig in HR Development or consulting. I/O Psych is a specialty area and HR Managers are generalists.

You can't really do any advanced psych without stats and research methods (both are math intense). Why not just learn some math?

there's no math means. in case you desire to get good at math you need to discover ways to pay interest. Math is in certainty following the regulations. I incredibly can't understand how people can't resolve math issues while all they could do is persist with the regulations.
