No. The way I see it is, my experience (and age) has taught me many things and I have bumped into more walls and tripped on more cracks on the sidewalk that chances are I have experienced enough to give anyone an answer from a personal perspective. Yes, I have taken mud in the face when someone has "proved" me wrong or "proved there is another way" but hey, I gave it my best -- not the ONLY answer.

I think that the majority of people that come on to answer questions are good people. Helpful and willing to take the time to answer a question.

When I answer a question I am glad to help and maybe help someone out. We all need advice or clarity with some things.

It is fantastic to get so many points of views.

No, if we all had the same opinions there would be no fun in yahoo answers, and how much fun would it be altering your answers to fit what you think someone else would like to hear? But I do get upset when they insult my avatar!!

Nope - we are all anonymous on Yahoo! Answers. I'm much more outgoing online then in real life. I don't care what others think about me. Let them think whatever they want.

Heck, no!!!!! If others on YA really have a strong opinion of me, then they are the ones I feel sorry for. Surely, people have more important things in their lives.

I like your question!
I can't say I'm concerned, but I think it's human nature to be irritated when you see someone saying something you said was dumb, or giving you the "thumbs-down" or whatever.
I'm definitely not losing any sleep over it though!

Honestly yes because people will report you just because they don't agree with you, & you don't even have to be wrong. On top of that, I've lost 3 accounts because of snobby assholes.

Sometimes when I look at my previous answers, I wonder who and why someone gave me a bad rating out of curiosity. I don't take it personally though.
