I'm not sure what makes you think the release date for Wrath of the Lich King has changed. One has not been announced by Blizzard yet. The dates you see on gaming sites are just there so that they can start selling pro-orders. Until Blizzard announces a date you will see many dates mentioned.
My own guess, and I have no inside info, is that we wont see it until late 2008. At this point they havent even started beta testing yet.

It keeps changing because they want you to keep buying expansion packs.
The makers are not in it for your enjoyment. They are in the business to make a profit.

it doesnt matter there are no knew classes big deal im a cold dude with a horse and sword! save your money and quit the addiction like me
