Off and on for a few years I've been working on a Day the Earth Stood Still remake script and concept (was thinking of Jeff Goldblum as Klaatu).
Now Keanu Reeves is up for the part. I will go see it. Its one of my favorite classics and I have to see how they butcher the remake.
Does this happen to you? :)

As a note I mean coincidentally. I don't think anyone in Hollywood actually has an idea stealing device...I wonder if it runs on satelite...oh I mean...nope how silly.

Yes....
I have to realize though...I have to be better. When I am better at my craft I will create the unknown. When I am stronger with my craft I won't care what I write...I will just write from my heart and mind. When I am true with my craft I won't care if the public approves...I will only care if I do.

Yes of course. The sad reality is your mind is actually in the ether where its picking up the ideas from the director, and you actually think it is your idea. These movie producers are radioheads, broadcast emotion types. They think so hard, and when they get this briliiant idea, whosever head is stuck in the ether picks it up and well, you think its your idea. You have to move to California to strategically place yourself away from the recieving mindwaves.
