Plant Cells : contain a cell wall (helps plant stand straight up)
contain chloroplasts (the green organelles (these give the leaves there green color) they trun glucose and CO2 in to oxygen and energy)

Animal Cells : contain a cell membrane (bilipid layer... have receptors made out of proteins. This comes in handy with hormones)
contain Mitocholdria (creates ATP (energy) and CO2 from glucose and Oxygen.)

Prokaryote : Have no Nucleus
usually exist as single celled organisms

Eukaryote : have a nucleus (this contains DNA)
mostly found in complex organisms

Most cells replicate DNA by:

copying and transfering the DNA with Messenger RNA(mRNA)
The mRNA then goes to Ribose RNA (rRNA...Usually found on/in the Rough Endoplasmic Recticulum...Rough ER) where it is transcribed by Transfer RNA (tRNA...these are in triplets called anticodons...the triplet for the DNA/mRNA is called a codon)

All/Most cells include a:

Nucleus (except prokaryotes)
Mitochondria
Lysosomes
Chloroplasts (in plants)
Smooth ER
Rough ER
Golgi Apparatis
Ribosomes
A Cell/plasmic membrane (in animals)
A Cell wall (in plants only)
