I wanted to know if i could play pc games like need for speed pro street and other cool games without a graphics card

You *do* have a graphics card. This mainboard has an AGP8X slot, and built-in "embedded S3 UniChrome Pro 3D Graphics".
Unfortunately, the embedded one is really lousy, and you'll need a new video card to enjoy the latest games.

It depends, on what amount of ram you have and what integrated graphics card you have. The laptop that I use at the moment as a standby because my other PC is dead has 1GB of ram and a integrated graphics card and is a Dell Inspiron. I tried to play mine craft but the 3D analysis would not work because of graphics driver issues. Where as My mate has the same Laptop but with better specs, and it does work.

No matter how good your system is, without a graphics card, you CAN NOT play anything that requires graphics processing. It's even in the minimun system requirements for all games. Games require the dedicated hardware to handle processing and rendering the graphics.
