I think it came on cartoonnetwork. It had a guy dressed in white with a black mask down below his nose and a black cape or red cape. and his two sidekicks one boy and one girl dressed in yellow and blue with their little monkey. and sometimes this like clear yellow blob would be on it. I think they live underwater or outterspace?

I think you're confusing the blob with characters from Hanna-Barbera's The Herculoids.

Sounds Like Space Ghost To Me. But, I Don't Remember The 'Blob' I think That's From One Of the Other Cartoons That Were Part Of The Same Show (The Herculoids) There Was Also The Galaxy Trio, Space Ace, Dino Boy And Mightor All Part Of A One Hour Show On Saturdays In the Late 1960's Reruns Of The 10-15min. Segments Were/Are Being Shown On Cartoon Network.

i became into thinking Ducktales besides different than they stay with unlce scrooge McDuck no longer Donald, in addition they had QuackPack which they lived with Donald yet I dunno in the event that they solved mysteries or no longer
