I like those types of movies, but I don't know what they would be called. Haha. Anyone reccomendations OR Anyone tell me the category the fall under?

Well, they are wildly different films.
Would you accept "Raise the red LAntern", "Hero" 'Crouching Tiger..."?

um.. Memoirs of a geisha and kill bill are not even close to the same genre..
Memoirs of a Geisha is a drama
Kill Bill.. aside from being annoying.. would probably be seen as an "action" film.. similar to Pulp Fiction/ Get Shorty.. etc.
As for what I would recommend.. hmm.. If you liked Memoirs of a Geisha I would say you should look into some of Ang Lee's first movies.. like Eat Drink, Man Woman

I can't picture what category both would be included in except perhaps having strong leading ladies. What types do you want: action? romance? I'd love to help since I've seen thousands of films of all types. But, I'm sort of wondering what I should suggest. I'll try a few titles:

It sounds like you are into asian type films. Thats a pretty broad category but its hard to shorten it due to the fact that memoirs is like a asian drama and kill bill is an amercanized asian type action suspense movie. I would recomend watching the Curse of the Golden Flower. I enjoy memoirs and Kill bill too so i think you would enjoy my recommendation

those are 2 totally opposite movies. but i'd suggest 300 and Sin City for the same "kill bill" fun, shock, and gore. never saw "Memoirs" though, so i couldnt say.
