I'm probably the exception, but I'd choose blind - eyes can be deceiving.

I think I would rather be deaf. I could always "hear" music in my head. TV and phones have captioning for deaf people as well as sign language could be learned. i would really miss seeing my family and loved ones, the ocean, the trees, the flowers, the sky, and the written word if I were blind.

If you are blind, there are so many things that you are limited from. Being deaf still limits you, but not as greatly.

deaf because you can still know where your going when your deaf and if your blind your pretty much screwed unless your daredevil

deaf....my dad is deaf in one ear and hard of hearing in the other because his abusive father threw him against the wall when my dad was 3 and knocked out his hearing in one ear
