Take a Kleenex and some 3-in-1 oil. Just put a drop on the hinges and open the door back and forth. Be ready to catch a drop of oil if you put too much or if it works through the hinge.

Sure, that's one way to go, but you can avoid the fishy smell by using some cooking oil instead.
