If you and your friend made up the word, what do you think it should mean? What were the circumstances under which you made it up? That should help give a meaning to it, but just for fun, here's what I think it should mean:

1) bli-flug-ish (adjective): to move slowly, as at rush hour, or at lower altitude, as a blimp.
bli- originates from blimp, flug (German) meaning flight, -ish (suffix) indicating 'like' or 'as'. Often used to describe slow moving vehicles or people. "I was late due to bliflugish traffic."

Or How about this one:

2) bli-flug-ish (adjective) to move quickly or to be at a centre of great activlity. bli- from "blitz", meaning rapid fire or fast or intense, flug from German meaning flight and -ish indicating adjective. Often used to describe the busy hours at an airport, or fast moving vehicles or people. "Mid-afternoon is the bliflugish hour at the airport."

Well my friend and I made up a word last week, marazoaca, and guess what, we defined it as...you guessed it...blifugish. So, I guess blifugish already means marazoaca. Maybe you will both have to make up still another word.
