i can't wait, i'm getting contacts, and i'm opening my first checking account (i'm 16, now i can use my own money with a debit card to order stuff online), and i'm getting my hair and nails done for the first time at a salon. i can't wait.

Wow, that is Awesome! Some good stuff. You're gonna love the new look. I didn't need glasses until I was about 20, but then started wearing contacts at 22. It was really great! Then, when I turned 40 (yes, I'm THAT old) I got the lasik surgery and WOW, what a difference. It's SO awesome. The day after the surgery, I went back in for a check up. They put some plastic protectors on my eyes so I couldn't rub them in my sleep and when they took them off, everything was SO crystal clear, I cried. So I can relate to your contacts. It's very liberating to finally be able to have a checking account and a debit card. It's a lot of responsibility, but it's super nice. Sounds like you're going all out even doing the hair and nails! You are SO lucky! HAve fun and ENJOY!

thats kinda late..... u havent been to a salon to get ur nails or hair done wow u havent lived... didnt u go to anything dances in high school where u get all dressed up or anything?

that's very cool, my 16th year was special, too - lots of changes. don't stop at hair and nails, have them do your makeup too!
