Do I have a good chance of getting into the College of William and Mary with an ACT grade of 28? I'm applying as early decision.

According to Princeton Review, 75% of those admitted have a higher ACT score. So -- I guess the good news is that 25% don't

Applying early decision will help your chances. William and Mary is a public university, so living in Virginia (if you do) will help tremendously. Its impossible to set a standard, but if you have good extracurriculars, show strong rigor in high school courses, and have a solid GPA, you will be very competitive if you are a Virginia resident. Otherwise, it will be tough to get in, although not impossible. Best of Luck! I am applying there too, RD.
