With car: Take Sta Rosa Road, coming from near ECONO-INN near the Tagaytay Public Market. Drive all the way in the direction like you were going back to Manila, until you get to the Sta Rosa exit of the South Luzon Expressway. Go past it, you don't have to go through the expressway. Just head towards Enchanted Kingdom, passing through some roads within Sta Rosa Town where Enchanted Kingdom is located.
Public Transportation: From the Tagaytay Public Market, take a jeepney to Balibago which takes you to Sta Rosa. Arrange for a jeepney hire from Balibago to Enchanted Kingdom.
