"Pee Shivers" are caused because you lose all that heat in your pee so quickly... its a natural physiological response to a stimulus, but I hate when it makes me pee on the wall for that tiny second that I shudder.

Actually some men do sit to pee. Additionally many men do lift a closed toilet seat before peeing. I always close the toilet seat completely before I flush as I certainly don't want faecal bacteria to spray into my face. Likewise I open the toilet lid before I pee.

All the time. I think it happens because as your body gets rid of the liquid, it has to take in air from the room to maintain pressure balance. Kind of like when you're pouring out a liquid from a big jug or container, and it takes in air (or else it won't pour). The room temp is lower than your body temp, so the air from the room makes you feel cold.
