Volume: 12 (Is 'volume' the same thing as 'edition'? I didnt find an 'edition' number, so I just wrote the volume.)

Nice and simple. For an encyclopedia article, here's all you need to give:

"Title of Article." Enclyclopedia Britannica. 2002 ed.

No volume, city, publisher, or page!
