I have all 24 images I want to use in a bitmap. format. How do i turn them into a gif animation? I use a free version of IrfanView... What I have been doing is Dragging the folder I have all the images in, right into IrfanView. Then I'm stuck on what to do next.

I don't think irfanview can do that...

Use unfreez.

You just click and drag the files into it.
however, as it is a gif animation, you need to save the pictures as a .gif format.

You don't. Irfanview is a viewer ONLY (the name should be obvious). You need a GIF Animator program.
