Um, not yet. Current working mechanics are still base on classical physics model. Heck that invisibility is base on projector projecting image onto an object.

What would be a real sci fi era is when everything starts to base on unimaginable physics, such as altering molecular stucture to allow light to pass through, now that's real invisibility.

Or anti matter gun. Anti matter is not known in classical physics model.
