Lets try and clear this up. I don't mind loosing oints, I lost 7500 odd before,. So WITHOUT REPORTING, see if you can delete my question.

At least that will clear up some questions. I won't get upset.

I was always under the impression that only the poster could remove their own question or Yahoo if the question is red flagged at least 3 times.
You are sweet for acting as a guinea pig but it can't be done.

The only way a question can be removed is if it is reported to YA - and not just reported - you also have to give a reason! I did this way back when in the beginning on another section of YA - anyway am babbling - you have to tell them what is wrong with the question - i.e. Insulting to other members, or bad language etc. and then THEY will remove the question. But as an individual member of YA - No one person can remove questions !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope this makes some kind of sense to at least 2 people!! CJ

I didn't think it could be done, but I tried
it and it seems very easy. I cancelled
it of course, but anyone can report it
and use any excuse and sign no name.
I always thought only the answers could
be reported and the questions were being deleted by Yahoo community but
now I know that someone is reporting
and Yahoo is deleting and giving
violations.
How to fix this? I'm not sure, and I
really don't have time to play games
with this site, so I will let it for the
rest of you to complain (for me also
please).

CaptainVanadiums answer must have hit a sore spot with some one, probably the perpetrator. In the few days I've been on this board I haven't seen many thumbs down. They'll trip themselves up,

It can't be done, but some people are using up to ten different profiles on Yahoo answers, thereby making it appear there are multiple reports on a member's question or answers when in fact it is one person doing the reporting.
