If that was the actual rate, your statement would be correct.
Are we talking Indian rupees? The current exchange rate according to www.xe.com is 39.2 to the US Dollar. You are way off on your calculations.
If this is some other currency, then please accept my apology. I saw the other question you asked, which dealt with Indonesia rupiah. Current rate is 9,321 rupiah to US$1.
By the way, I bought Indian rupees earlier today in Los Angeles and paid $1 = 31.432 rupees. (2007 dated rupee notes in new condition for my collection. I'm reading the rate right of my receipt.).

What is your question? Yes, if a rupiah is worth US $.05, then 20 rupiah will equal one American dollar.
