my friend who likes to draw a lot. i'm planning to get her some art thing but idk what to get her. also i don't want it to be very expensive. i want it to be around 20 the max and less. i don't want it to be too big either.

You should get her a book of how to draw anime or how to draw whatever she likes to draw.

depends on the age
u can get a kit that has all those crayons and paints and pencils and sketch book and every thing or a art kit such as make ur own scrap book picture fram mosaic tile treasure box....look it the arts and crafts section at places like target, toys R us, shopko, walmart, walgreens, kohls, and place like that!
there are alot of artsy type kits for under $20 usually alot for 15 or 20 but some for 10 or 7.99

They sell a kit that contains colored chalks, sketching pencils and water colors, plus artists sketch pads. They run about 25.00
