What were all the horcruxes and where were they found?

I really need to know and I'm to lazy to look through the books. Can someone please tell me what they were and where they were found?

In order of being found

Marvelo's Diary -- Originally given to Lucius, he slipped it into Ginny's book bag and it was ultimately found in the Chamber's of Secrets

Slytherin Ring -- Found in the Gaunt Cottage

Slytherin Necklace -- Given to Regulus Black to hide in a cave. Regulus Black instead hid it in the House of Black. After the death of Sirius Black, Mundungus Fletcher stole it and sold it. Ultimately, it was found on Dolores Umbridge at the Ministry of Magic.

Hufflepuff Cup -- Given to Bellatrix Lestrange to hide in the Lestrange vault at Gringott's and found there.

Ravenclaw Diadem -- Hidden in the room of requirement at Hogwart and found there.

Harry Potter (ok this one was an accidental horcrux) -- to the extent it can be said to have been found -- the Forbidden Forrest

Nagini -- to the extent can be said to have been found -- the ground outside the main hall at Hogwarts

It should be noted that a different person destroyed each of the horcruxes

the ring -- Dumbledore
the necklace -- Ron
the cup -- Hermione
the diadem -- Crabbe
Harry -- Voldemort
Nagini -- Neville

-The diary=kept by Lucius Malfoy until he slipped it inside one of Ginny Weasley's books
-The ring=ruins of the old Gaunt house
-The cup=Bellatrix Lestrange's bank vault
-The diadem=the Room of Requirement
-The snake (Nagini)=basically, wherever Voldemort was
-The locket=the cave Tom Riddle (Voldemort) visited as an orphan
-Harry=his location
