As far as people who feel devoted to a particular faith, probably not. As far as people willing to kill or die for that faith, most likely, at least in most westernized nations. As far as people who think their holy book is the inerrant word of the divine, most definitely.

Not really. In fact it is growing. If not, then it is not sinking. The percentage of religious people will probably stay the same forever, or might grow someday.

That is an interesting question. There are always some people who take religion seriously and a large number who have allegiance, but do not take it as seriously. I believe that number fluctuates depending upon events in the world.

That depends. Do you mean religious like goes to church (or their religious equivalent) every Sunday, or people who say they have a religion?

I don't think that there are less religious people, but I do think that more teens are questioning their religion, although most will eventually realize that there has to be something greater than them.

the decline occured decades ago when Darwin introduced evolution... and even though it seems that many peoples morals are falling... there are still good people out there...

people usually believe what they want to believe and the way they are raised can have a huge factor on their behavior as well.

A better question to ask is: "Are we seeing a rise in the amount of intelligence and independent thinking in this world?"
