Okay, here is the problem with your computer. You have a virus, not one of the weak ones either. You have the die-hard virus that usually only dies after one of three things that I can think of:
1: You run a virus scan with AVG Grisoft Free Anti-virus. It will alert you what file is infected, that is spreading around your computer, you lock down that file AVG will assist in that, don't delete it. Once you have done that, what used to not work attempt to see if it works. If it don't than go to step two.
2: You reformat your hard-drive completely, and do a fresh install of the OS that you have.
3: You trash that hard-drive and buy a new one.
I would suggest you attempt the first suggestion by searching for the main infected file, and locking it down so it cannot be accessed by anything. If that don't work it's sad to say you will have to reformat your entire hard-drive and lose all your data to save the computer. Do a fresh install of the OS you have, and it SHOULD work fine, sometimes it don't work, and than you just have to trash the hard-drive and get a new one.
PREVENTION TIPS!!!!:::
If you don't want to get viruses, get good anti-viruses like Norton, or AVG. Pay or free they work the same for the most part, except with paid subscriptions to the company you get a bit more support than when you just have the free edition.
If you happen to get a virus make sure you are NOT, I repeat NOT on the administrator account to that PC, if you get a virus when on the administrator account on your PC, that virus will have OPEN access to every single little thing on that computer. It will have the rights and permissions of a administrator which is bad. So best thing to do with this is:
1: Change the administrator account to: DO NOT USE.
2: Set a strong password that ONLY is to be used so that only a PC Techinician can access it. Or to change and alter the rights and permissions of each user.
3: Make several LIMITED User accounts one for each person in the household, so that if a virus does get on the computer, you have the option of finding out whose account it happened on, and speaking with that person.
4: Delete the guest account, this account is pretty much useless, it doesn't serve much purpose.

Well, you could tell us what programs you have run, for starters. There are several good, free, programs out there that can help you diagnose your problem. If you were hijacked, you may benefit from posting a log file on a tech help site, after you run hijackthis! on your computer. I was able to fix my old laptop with hijackthis!. If you want to just give up, you could simply reformat your entire computer and load all of your software again. If you don't mind paying for it, you could have a specialist do the work for you. This would also be a good option if you want to preserve any of the data on your system. Wish that I knew more to help you better. Good luck.

first, start by trying ti download, install, and run, spybot s&d.
If that fails or works (we have to be thorough), go online and go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
its a free decent scanner.
If u cant run either of those, I suggest getting an antivirus cd, one that u can boot from, these can scan your comp during startup before the virus may have had a chance to startup.
worst case, format your hard drive and reinstall windows, sry

Hi there.
Try these steps:
1.Disconnect your PC from the net.
2.Start your PC in safe mode.
3. Run every scan you know.
4.Opt for process explorer to find out what's running in your pc and stop it.
Good luck.

You need to either get a program that will fix your virus problem ie... Norton AntiVirus or you can format your hard drive and start over, but you will have to redownload all your programs.

I'd try antivirus but if that won't fix it then it looks like you'll probably have to reformat your computer before it's too late to even do that.

Boot up Hiren's Boot Disk and use one of the Anti-virus/anti-spyware programs on the boot disk.

I would take it to a computer repair shop. they can figure out the problem and fix it for you. If you try to fix it yourself you may make matters worse.
