helio ocean?

If u were to rank the top 15 pda/smartphones what u rank number 1 and were would u put the helio ocean(if possible make a whole list thx)

Well the Helio Ocean is not either a smart phone nor a PDA.

A smart phone/pda has a OS of linux, windows, or palm. Allows the use of a plenty of applications. Many other differences.

Look I have an Ocean and love it but know its not a smart phone or PDA. It serves my needs and I really enjoy using it.
