Learn to start cleaning up after yourself! And then tell her the truth about how they got there. Underage drinking puts you at a greater risk for being an alcoholic...although most kids don't care about that until it is too late.

Yes, do tell the truth. And avoid any beating around the bush, shyness or anger. Keep a level tone and head and explain what happened exactly, not leaving out anything. It will get you in bigger trouble later if you do.

Say you got them from the dump/garbage to do an art project with. Or that you need them for a SADD presentation. Be creative! And stop drinking before you get in real trouble.

Just tell her the truth.
Lying will make it worse, and she'll find out either way, maybe not now but in the near future, and even if you do get in trouble it's better now then later.

Tell her you were collecting them to save of money for a good cause, find a company just in case that does really collect bottles and in return gives you money

You might want to consider enlisting in the military so you can move out. Obviously you're grown up enough to make your own adult decisions and ignore your parent's authority.
