lol, it means the car doesnt have a spare tire. plain and simple, hopefully it has run flats

You won't need spare tire if your car has run-flat. You can drive with a hole in the run-flat because of the extra stiffened side wall. No you are not screwed, though you will want to get the damaged tire replaced as soon as possible. If you get a flat in conventional tire, you will have to stop immediately and call a tow truck or replace that wheel with a spare. With run-flat, you can probably just drive to a tire store to get it fixed or replaced.

And "delete spare tire" means your car doesn't have one.

Spare tire delete means just that. The car will not come with a spare tire, since you have the run flat tires on it.
